About Healthy Mind
Cleaning

A clean home is just the beginning.

Established in 2022, Healthy Mind Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning, home stabilization, organizing, decluttering, and practical household support for individuals and families whose homes have become difficult to manage.

Our work goes beyond traditional cleaning. We help clients restore function, reduce household overwhelm, create manageable systems, and build home environments that better support everyday life.

Our mission is to provide purposeful, judgment-free cleaning and home-support services that help create healthier, more functional, and more manageable spaces. We proudly serve clients who may be navigating ADHD, depressive symptoms, major life transitions, accumulated household tasks, or other circumstances that have made maintaining the home more difficult.

Professional Standards & Training

Healthy Mind Cleaning is fully insured and is a member in good standing with the American House Cleaners Association.

Our team members are trained as AHCA Professional Cleaning Providers and certified in COVID-19 and Cleaning for Infectious Disease Prevention, providing a strong foundation in professional cleaning practices, sanitation, safety, and service quality.

More Than Cleaning

Healthy Mind Cleaning is built around the belief that cleaning is only one part of creating and maintaining a functional environment.

For residential clients, that may mean restoring order, creating manageable systems, and supporting routines that make the home easier to maintain. For commercial clients, it means providing dependable cleaning support that helps maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

Our approach is purposeful, practical, and judgment-free. We focus not only on the condition of the space, but also on the systems and support that can help that space remain functional over time.

Our Approach

Healthy Mind Cleaning meets clients where they are. We understand that every home, business, and situation is different, so services are tailored to the condition of the space, the client’s priorities, and the level of support needed.

Our approach may include cleaning, stabilization, decluttering, organizing, household support, and ongoing maintenance, depending on the needs of the client or organization.

We work with respect, discretion, and without judgment, with the goal of helping create spaces that feel more manageable, functional, and supportive.

Meet the Founder

Ebony Thomas, Founder -&- Cleaning

Intervention Specialist

Ebony Thomas is the founder of Healthy Mind Cleaning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and spent seven years as a special education teacher, supporting children and families with a wide range of needs.

She also gained experience working as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Training, further strengthening her understanding of how emotional well-being can affect daily functioning, household routines, and the ability to maintain the home.

Her professional background, combined with personal experience, helped shape a different vision for cleaning—one that recognizes that some clients need more than a traditional cleaning service. They may also need practical support, structure, systems, and a more individualized approach to creating a home that feels functional and manageable.

Bridging the Gap Between Mental Wellness and the Home

Ebony saw firsthand how depression could affect the condition of someone’s home—and how an overwhelmed home could, in turn, make everyday life feel even harder.

That experience helped her recognize a gap between traditional cleaning and the deeper support some individuals and families may need when the home has become difficult to manage.

Healthy Mind Cleaning was created to help bridge that gap through practical, judgment-free cleaning, home stabilization, decluttering, organizing, and continued household support.

Rather than focusing only on how a home looks, the goal is to help create a space that is safer, more functional, more manageable, and better able to support everyday life.

What Makes Healthy Mind Cleaning Different?

Healthy Mind Cleaning is not built around a one-time cleaning model. Our approach is designed to address the condition of the home, the systems within it, and the support that may be needed to help clients maintain progress over time.

What makes our approach different includes:

  • A stabilization-first approach for homes that need more than routine cleaning

  • Judgment-free, practical support tailored to the needs of each client

  • Cleaning, organizing, decluttering, and home support services that can work together

  • A focus on helping create homes that are more functional, manageable, and supportive of everyday life

  • Services designed for both individual clients and agency-referred households

Beyond the Clean™

What happens after the home is clean matters just as much as the cleaning itself.

Beyond the Clean™ was created to provide continued support after stabilization by helping clients strengthen household routines, build practical systems, receive accountability, and maintain the progress made in the home.

Because the goal is not simply to leave behind a clean space—it is to help create a home that is easier to manage after we leave.

A Clean Home Is Just the Beginning.

Our Commitment

Every client, every home, and every situation is different. Healthy Mind Cleaning approaches each space with respect, discretion, and without judgment.

Our commitment is to provide practical, professional support that meets clients where they are while helping create a home that feels safer, more functional, and easier to manage.

We believe asking for help should be met with compassion, clear expectations, and support that respects the individual needs of the client and household.
