Service availability, eligibility, pricing, and scope vary according to individual needs and assessments.

3. Consultations and Service Assessments

​

Certain services require an assessment before an estimate or appointment can be confirmed.

​

Assessments may be completed through photographs, recorded videos, live virtual consultations, or in-person walkthroughs when available.

​

Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, or availability of services.

​

4. Estimates and Pricing

​

Service estimates are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

​

Pricing is based on the anticipated scope of work, home conditions, labor requirements, supplies, and other relevant service considerations.

Additional work or conditions discovered during service may require a revised estimate or written authorization before proceeding.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability.

​

Our general cancellation policy is:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment do not incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Any project-specific scheduling or cancellation provisions communicated in an accepted service agreement will also apply.

6. Payments

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and applicable processing fees will be communicated through invoices, estimates, or service agreements.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and fulfilling the payment terms associated with their confirmed services.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information about the property, service needs, and known conditions that may affect the safety or completion of work.

Clients must provide authorized access to the service location and communicate relevant concerns before or during service.

Healthy Mind Cleaning reserves the right to pause, modify, decline, or discontinue services when conditions present safety concerns or fall outside the agreed scope of work.

8. Service Quality and Concerns

We strive to provide professional, respectful, and consistent services.

Clients who identify a cleaning concern should contact Healthy Mind Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.

​

Qualifying concerns related to the agreed scope of work may be reviewed for appropriate corrective action under our service policies.

9. Non-Medical Support and Service Limitations

​

Healthy Mind Cleaning provides household support and environmental services. We do not provide medical treatment, mental health therapy, clinical assessments, or emergency response services.

Our services do not replace the care or recommendations of licensed medical or mental health professionals.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property
